Amazon Cat Products I Love

I have two fur babies, who I love endlessly. Meet my babies:

Sullivan is our first fur baby. He is 11 years old. The best way to describe him would be a sweet old gentleman. He doesn't care for us to hold him, but he loves cuddles if they are on his terms. He has a very gentle personality and is easily frightened. Most of the time our company doesn't even know he is here because he is very good at hiding. He is not very into toys or treats, but his favorite past times are laying in the sun or on his heating mat, looking out the window, or snuggling with his dad. We got him in June 2016 when he was 4 years old. We don't know anything about his past, but he took months to warm up to us. I still remember the first time he came out to use the litter box while we were home, we were so excited, but had to stay calm not to scare him back into hiding. Now he is the sweetest man we've ever met.

Rosie is our newest fur baby. She is our 3 year old Aries queen. She loves crackin' out. She is chaotic and destructive, but also very cuddly. Everyone who walks in our door is here just for her. She is a ham and always wants to be the center of attention We got her in November 2020, she was very sick as a kitten, but that

didn't stop her from showing all the love in the world. We got her when she was around 6 months old, and within the first month she fell off the bed while sleeping and got a concussion. She still is a very heavy sleeper, but has gotten better at not rolling around so much! She is so caring and loves making biscuits. She also loves talking to anyone that will listen. One thing about her is she will scream. She hasn't really figured out how to hang out with her brother because she is a ball of energy and most of the time he just wants to lay around, but I know they love each other.

I love these two so much, and am trying to give them the best kitty lives they could imagine. So over the years, we have bought A TON of different cat products off of Amazon. I figured I will consolidate that list into mine and the cat's favorite things and share it!

Our Favorite Cat Products from Amazon

1. This product I want to mention has actually been our most recent cat purchase.

This brush has been AMAZING. My kitties are very hairy, and this brush works to brush up loose hair and cuts down on shedding so much. The first time I used this on Rosie, we basically had another cat because it pulled so much hair off of her. I wish I had a picture, because it was an unbelievable amount of hair, and she is brushed very regularly. Sullivan HATES being brushed and even enjoyed this, probably because it feels so good to have all that unnecessary hair removed. To get this brush for your fur babies, hit the button below!

2. This brush goes hand and hand with the deshedding brush. I have used it on Rosie for years, but using it in combination with the previous brush is LIFECHANGING.

This brush is so good at collecting hair. One of my biggest complaints about brushing any animal is how itchy my nose gets from all the fly aways. This brush barely has any. Not only does it collect the hair really well, but it then has a release button so you don't have to pull the hair out of it. Used in combination with the above brush is just *chefs kiss*. They are the perfect cat grooming combo, in my opinion.

3. As I mentioned, Rosie has destruction running through her veins. Sullivan never really scratched any of our furniture, and neither does Rosie, but she does love to scratch the door frames in our house.

This spray has saved us big time. I usually spray it on all our door frames once a month, and trust me if I forget Rosie will get to scratching right away. However, spraying this deterrent spray keeps her from scratching all the time. I don't need to use it on my couch or any other furniture, but it seems to work on multiple surfaces.

4. Rosie broke this so fast, but it has brought her so much joy. This has hands down been her favorite toy.

She still plays with each of the toys even though she destroyed the hanging part. If your cat loves to play and isn't so destructive this will be the perfect toy for them! You can change out which toy is hanging so they never get bored.

5. I believe this is Sullivan's favorite Amazon product. His trusty heating pad, but it isn't like most heating pads!

I even have a picture of him using this one! It is a pressure sensitive heating pad. It is so nice because we can leave it plugged in, and whenever he wants to use it he just hops right on and it will start heating. Once he is done, he hops off and the heating pad stops heating. It is amazing that even if we are busy or gone, he can climb on it and get warmed up.

6. When it comes to catnip my kitties go pretty hard in it. Sullivan usually over indulges to the point that he gets sick, so we really have to monitor how much we are giving him at a time.

This brand has been the only kind of catnip we can find that doesn't make him sick and instead lets him enjoy it. Rosie is extra cracky once she gets a hint of this.

7. I don't know about you, but no matter what litter we choose to use the smell it outrageous. We used to use natural pine litter with just Sullivan, but after we got Rosie we realized she was way to stinky for that. We tried every litter we could get our hands on, but she was just too stinky.

This stuff works wonders! We usually spray a thin layer right after changing the litter and then each time we scoop it we add a little more spray to freshen it up. It has helped so much. I love Rosie more than any animal I have ever had, but how stinky she left the litter box was almost a deal breaker. Thankfully, this spray solved it for us!

8. Sullivan is a little more reserved when it comes to play time, but this toy even peaked his interest.

I didn't use the catnip that came with it, but this toy has brought endless hours of play time for our kitties. The ball is stuck under the lip of the toy, so they can never get it out and it just rolls back and forth. Rosie gets it going so fast she watches it roll around a couple of times before hitting it again.

9. When it comes to scratching posts we have tried our fair share. Sullivan is not really interested in scratching anything except his cat tree, and Rosie likes to lay down while she is scratching so a lot of the posts we have gotten end up falling over on her.

Introducing the cat scratch ramp. Rosie loves scratching this because she can lay at the bottom and scratch or sometimes she will even crawl on it and scratch it from the top. So if you have a lazy cat who can't be bothered to stand and scratch I highly recommend this ramp.

10. The final product that has become one of our absolute favorites from Amazon is this cat back pack.

Sullivan has never stepped a paw into this thing. Rosie on the other hand is obsessed. Whenever we pull it out to go on a hike or walk she jumps right in it. I am sure if we left it out all the time she would just lay in it. It is so easy for your kitty to get in and out, but not once it is closed. There is even a little leash hookup to make them extra secure, but we don't use that on Rosie. I like the bubble back part, because it lets her see the outdoors without putting her in any danger. I love that it allows her to go on adventures, but also stay safe and close by.
